Demand Generation Senior Manager

Stratio is looking for a Demand Generation Senior Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, SEM, paid media, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.



  • Design, plan, manage spending, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline;
  • Integrate Field Marketing into the integrated demand generation strategy and leverage physical and virtual events (i.e. webinars, etc.);
  • Work with Product Marketing to leverage the right positioning and USP to optimize lead acquisition and conversion;
  • Work with Communications and Content Marketing to leverage TOFU content, gated content, etc;
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue generation;
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities;
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.

What we expect from you

  • Have a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey;
  • Love working closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion;
  • Have experience in working with senior management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results;
  • Know how to create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences;
  • Skilled in Email marketing, SEM optimization and PPC strategy;
  • Collaborative with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement;
  • Data-driven and have a sweet spot for measuring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance.


  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS, ideally in fast-growth startup environment and in enterprise sales context;
  • Extensive experience in the development campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital, and paid media;
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated while providing roll-up reporting to senior management;
  • Proficiency planning and using marketing tech stack including automation systems (like Hubspot);
  • Excellent understanding on how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel;
  • Capacity to both plan and implement a strategy;
  • Desire to work remotely, unpreoccupied about working with team members in different locations;
  • English proficiency.
